A New Year - A new Blog!!

Have you ever felt that you really are in a rut and you need to make changes to get out?
I noticed over the last few months that my rut is getting bigger and bigger and harder to get out of. So with the turn of the new year I thought that I would try my very hardest to make changes for the better.

I am not going to blurt it all out now but things will become clearer as the weeks and months go by.
