Internet trials and tribulations

I have had enough.
Last week we were without the internet for 24 hours and when the engineer came out he wasn't very pleasant.

Ever since then, the internet has been convinced that I am in Dublin. I can't access certain sites and I can't watch any of the BBC media content because it thinks I am not in the UK.

I give up!
