An all New Doctor

So the Eleventh Doctor has been revealed...

MATT SMITH - Welcome to the wonderful world of the daftest fandom in history!
I am very happy and excited about the new doctor. He is only 26 years old and therefore the youngest actor ever to play the part but he has an air about him. He also has big daft hair too which I think is essential (Except for CE of course) Lots of scope for that old Doctor Hair ruffling.

As I am a fervent DT fan I could be like others and cry into my juice and scream "Please don't go!" but It has been obvious for about a year that David wouldn't be commanding the TARDIS for much longer. He has had 3 great series and 2 great companions (And 1 other) and of course the 4 fantastic Christmas specials as well. He has another 4 episodes and 1 more Christmas episode to go and then hopefully we will be seeing him on screen a lot more in other things.

As for the New Doctor. He has obviously a lot of character to add to the role if not the experience.
I have read some opposition to the casting but some people just aren't satisfied. I am also curious to the kind of companion that Matt will have travelling with him. It is about time we had a male companion. Hopefully Mr Moffatt will not disappoint, We know he is going to dispense with all the snogging that we have been used to from RTD so maybe the introduction of a male companion is just what we need.

There always has to be a link somwhere You know 6 degrees of seperation...Matt Smith appeared in "Secret diary of a call girl" and "Ruby in the smoke" with good old Billie Piper...





So I am going to enjoy the next year of our gorgeous David Tennant as the Doctor and look forward to the future of Eleven!
